Such clinics are being established as model sites in the United States. To ensure sustainability, this work is being accomplished by working with local communities, medical professionals, government and non-government organizations and educational institutions. Similar clinics are planned at different locations around the world, to eradicate contagious disease, malnutrition and poverty. By focusing on Total Health – prevention, early detection, effective treatment and total cure - productivity will increase and costs (a major concern everywhere) will be reduced substantially.
